Shawna Slack, co-founder of consultancy Genesis Advisers, has helped thousands of executives through transitions into new/changed roles at some of the largest, most successful multinational companies. Her consultancy's services are based on her co-founding partner's international best selling book, “The First 90 Days: Critical Success Strategies for New Leaders at All Levels.”

About Shawna Slack
Shawna Slack is the Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Advisers, a Newton, Massachusetts based provider of leadership development programs and consulting services. Shawna co-founded the company in 2003 with Dr. Michael D. Watkins, author of the international business best seller, The First 90 Days: Critical Success Strategies for New Leaders at All Levels (HBP 2003).
