C# Project Leader

This position plays an integral role in the development of web applications and services. The Project Leader works with our sponsors, users and our development team to design, develop, deploy and support web-based solutions that can be applied to current challenges and used to develop new opportunities. Specifically, you will use multiple skills that include relational database design and development, application development focused on (but not limited to) the .net framework and presentation-level coding that requires a solid background in markup languages and rich interface development for the web. The Project Leader will be self-managing and a mentor to junior members of the development team and is expected to be proficient and participate in all parts of the software development life cycle.

The Project Leader will help to build solutions from complex requirements and support the reliability of these solutions in production settings. A strong candidate is an individual that develops creative solutions to difficult challenges, can incorporate their ideas with those of others and can excel in a deadline-driven environment.
