Manager of Infrastructure

OVERVIEW:
This position is principally responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure standards in the areas of telecommunications, network and help desk/support services to accommodate our current and future distributed technical environment both domestically and internationally. This person will be directly responsible for internal and vendor-delivered services to meet or exceed management expectations of technical services and contribute leadership within the IT organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine international network and bandwidth strategy
  • Intl Retail stores
  • Data centers and storage in remote offices
  • Report and data services
  • Full communication and video visibility
• Security plan / PCI compliance/audit and IDS
  • Protection of all proprietary information
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• Manage co-location, replication of data and storage requirements
• Design/manage intranet technical environment
• Backup and data storage
• New server installations/virtualization
• Manage application technical infrastructure
• Determine and manage SaaS and cloud computing environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with developing SAN Windows server environments
• Experienced network administration
• Experience with Windows and Mac system administration
• Bachelors degree in computer science and related technical certifications
