For over 15 years, Bev Dantz has been providing ecommerce leadership for both pure-play and multi-channel retailers. Bev's digital commerce expertise encompasses a wide range of functional areas with a strong focus on customer experience and omni-channel strategies. Bev has helped Sophelle clients select and implement ecommerce software and services, manage website performance and usability testing programs, design and develop digital GUIs, formulate and execute strategies for customer acquisition, omni-channel operations, and social commerce.

Prior to joining Sophelle, Bev was a serial ecommerce start-up executive launching a variety of businesses on the web, including: Threadsmith.com (a first-of-its-kind custom embroidery service targeted to both B2B and B2C markets), DesignerLinensOutlet.com (a direct-to-consumer channel for a major bed & bath manufacturer), SmartBargains.com (an off-price e-Commerce site offering a limited quantity of quickly turning merchandise), and MotherNature.com (billed as the world's largest online vitamin, supplement and mineral supplier, taken public in 1999 reaching a peak market cap of $600M).

Bev earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
