Directions from the North or South
Take Route 495 to the Mass Pike (Route 90) East. Get off on Exit 12 Framingham and head East on Route 9 for 3 miles. Immediately after third set of lights, turn right into the parking lot of 600 Worcester Road (across the street from Whole Foods market).

Directions from the West
Take the Mass Pike (Route 90) East. Get off on Exit 12 Framingham and head East on Route 9 for 3 miles. Immediately after third set of lights, turn right into the parking lot of 600 Worcester Road (across the street from Whole Foods market).

Directions from the East
Take the Mass Pike West. Get off at the Exit 13 Framingham exit, stay to the right toward Route 30. Stay on Route 30 until it connects with Route 9 West. As you approach the first set of lights, Sophelle is located on the left (Eastbound on Route 9). There is no left turn at the lights. Proceed through the lights to the next exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp to reverse direction onto Route 9 East. Immediately after the set of lights, turn right into the parking lot of 600 Worcester Road (across the street from Whole Foods market).
