SUMMARY:

The Product Manager, Customer Experience will be the primary advocate for customer experience across all member touch-points on our website. The person in this position will be responsible for evaluating the user interface as it relates to customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the implementation of their findings.

The Product Manager, Customer Experience will partner with a Program Manager dedicated to customer experience, and liaise regularly with the Customer Service department.
  • Become a thought leader in the UI space in the company, both from a level of effort perspective and a relative value perspective
  • Lead highly skilled, cross-functional teams (software developers, QA, IT Operations, business stakeholders) across one or more projects


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
  • Previous experience as a software developer or application architect strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce company strongly preferred, preferably working on front-end applications
  • 2 or more years' experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Must be a team player, highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in an environment at a fast pace and with changing priorities
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
