Program Manager, Merchandising

SUMMARY:

• Ability to analyze and organize information into clear, concise specs and plans
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Able to provide leadership and a centralized point of contact for feature requests, troubleshooting, and change management
• Manage the supply of information for feature development
• Drive internal review processes and manage updates of specifications and features
• Track and communicate release deliverables and dates with the broader organization
• Manage release activities such as customer communication, FAQs and roll out plans across multiple internal groups and vendors
• Ability to work with co-located and geographically-distributed team members using collaboration tools (Skype, IM, email)
• Significant experience with ERP or other enterprise-wide software deployments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with retail merchandising systems and processes
• Experience with merchandise planning
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Background in software development and agile development methodologies
