Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan: Create detailed sales plans to facilitate the attainment of goals.
- Execute: Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing the deals.
- Collaborate: Work with Sophelle Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to bring Sophelle’s proven services to those who need them.
- Learn: Stay current on retail industry trends and events.
- Grow: Sophelle’s clients are growing as are our people.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role with a retail solutions provider with a preference for services or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of sales and negotiating principles
- Passion for the retail industry

- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

We are based in Massachusetts with clients around the country. This is a remote position with some travel.
