Sophelle Account Executives help retailers find solutions to their professional challenges – ideally through Sophelle’s strategy, selection, implementation, and optimization services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan: Create detailed sales plans to facilitate the attainment of goals.
  • Execute: Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing the deals.
  • Collaborate: Work with Sophelle Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to bring Sophelle’s proven services to those who need them.
  • Learn: Stay current on retail industry trends and events.
  • Grow: Sophelle’s clients are growing as are our people.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role with a retail solutions provider with a preference for services or enterprise software
    • Strong understanding of sales and negotiating principles
    • Passion for the retail industry
    • Personal commitment to service and helping others
    • Unwavering integrity in all aspects of life
    • Hunger to work hard and learn
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
    • Independent and self-motivated organizational and time-management skills

We are based in Massachusetts with clients around the country.  This is a remote position with some travel.
