Account Executive

Sophelle is looking for an Account Executive who will engage with Sophelle executives, prospects, clients, and partners to drive revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional looking to contribute on a team to drive revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage sales processes
  • Coordinate and interface with an Inside Sales Rep
  • Aid Sophelle executives in management of pipeline
  • Be available to Sophelle executives and Practice Leaders for assistance in sales motions including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with CEO and Marketing on new sales initiatives
  • Write proposals, statements of work, and change requests
  • Create sales presentations
  • Create, manage, and attend events (retail conferences, dinners)
  • Review company-wide pipeline for issues and offer help to address them
  • Participate in existing partnerships and development of new partnerships
  • Coordinate Sales initiatives with Marketing
  • Execute sales motions to build network of retail executives and retail industry professionals
  • Participate in Sophelle solution selection projects
  • Partake in sales training
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of retail challenges and solutions
  • Minimum of two years enterprise sales to retailers; Candidates without this experience will not be considered
  • Available to work at projects’ time requirements (generally Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 5:00 ET)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, team environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail industry challenges, leading solutions, and best practices
  • Experience with sales management software such as Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Unwavering attention to details
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Remote / home office with high-speed Internet access and mobile phone
