Sophelle drives ecommerce personalization for dozens of leading sites. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Dynamic Yield Personalization Strategist with expertise in delivering optimized personalization solutions. An integral part of Sophelle’s Personalization team, this role requires a passion for driving customer engagement throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills to this highly visible role. Experience with Kibo Personalization Platform (Monetate) and Optimizely are helpful skills to have.


  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven personalization roadmaps for Sophelle’s clients to optimize user experiences across multiple touchpoints including desktop, tablet, mobile, email, and in-store
  • Design personalization solutions to deliver AI-driven shopping experiences tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
  • Conduct continuous multivariate and A/B testing, leveraging best-in-breed personalization software solutions
  • Utilize analytics to measure segmentation performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Present actionable, data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to management and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients’ digital marketing teams, to ensure alignment and seamless operations

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years Dynamic Yield experience, preferably certified
  • 3+ years in a leading ecommerce environment analyzing product performance, consumer behavior, shopping trends, site search, and customer engagement
  • Technically proficient in multivariate and A/B testing scenarios and solutions
  • Mastery of personalization best practices
  • Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented, innovative mindset and track record of delivering consistent results
  • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

Helpful Experience

  • Experience with the Kibo Personalization (formerly Monetate), Salesforce Einstein, Certona, or Optimizely
  • Client-facing roles in a professional environment, preferably with digital marketing services
