Shawn leads Sophelle’s strategic planning initiatives including branding, consumer experience, go-to-market, retail innovation, digital commerce, omnichannel, and enterprise optimization.

Shawn has over 35 years of leadership experience as a strategic consultant, trusted advisor, and omnichannel general manager in the retail/consumer goods industry.

Prior to Sophelle, Shawn provided the vision, strategy, structure, and leadership to rapidly scale global brands while serving as the Global Senior Vice President of Direct-To-Consumer for Columbia Sportswear, Tommy Hilfiger, Samsonite, and Liz Claiborne. He led the strategic planning, sales, marketing, merchandising, operations, and business development functions in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail stores, and wholesale channels.
