Shawn has over 35 years of leadership experience as a strategic consultant, trusted advisor, and omnichannel general manager in the retail/consumer goods industry.
Prior to Sophelle, Shawn provided the vision, strategy, structure, and leadership to rapidly scale global brands while serving as the Global Senior Vice President of Direct-To-Consumer for Columbia Sportswear, Tommy Hilfiger, Samsonite, and Liz Claiborne. He led the strategic planning, sales, marketing, merchandising, operations, and business development functions in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail stores, and wholesale channels.
