Todd has extensive experience leading teams through system implementations and supporting business teams to optimize systems for operational success. Todd has a track record of successfully implementing retail and operational applications, including HCM, payroll, point-of-sale, retail merchandising, client relationship management and warehouse management.
Todd has applied his operational and team-building skills for some of Sophelle’s major retail clients, including Claire’s, Crocs, and Loyal Companion.
